The two-stroke opposed piston diesel engine is extremely efficient, and I believe it is far better for the environment than  electric vehicles, which just export pollution from the inner cities. This video is a great introduction to these revolutionary engines.

I think i've built one of those (a functioning model of course).

The electric cars are cheaper to run and kinda export pollution because the governments won't do anything to stop the burning of coal and oil.

If you watched the "War on Plastic" documentary for the past 4 weeks (it's probably on iplayer) then it turns out that a lot of our recycling is being exported to countries and just dumped there (it's very cheap to send a ship to somewhere like malaysia when it's full of produce on the way and empty on the way back, why not fund that with plastic that could be recycled). They take out the plastic they want and dump the rest in a large scale flytip...
